Returns
At Ballher Play, we are committed to delivering high-quality, stylish clothing that our customers love. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- You must initiate the return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
How to Return:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at ballherplay@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
2. Ship It Back: Carefully pack the item(s) and ship them back to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item(s). If they meet our return criteria, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Ballher Play error.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, simply return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend contacting us first to check stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We strive to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
